As owner of Cwrtau Bach Farm, I have a great passion for good food with a special love of all things ethnic. Our small holding is located just outside the village of Llanboidy in west Carmarthenshire, Wales. With over 5,000 square feet of growing space, we grow a carefully selected range of vegetables - some familiar and some more unusual - for the adventurous consumer.
As proprietors of Cwrtau Bach Farm, our unique background brings a special element to the business. My husband Steve hails originally from North Wales but moved to the USA as a young lad and I was born and bred in the suburbs of Washington, DC. With our exposure to a wide range of ethnic and local cuisine, we get to bring more flavours of the world to our local customers.
Our homegrown produce is used in our award-winning preserves, sauces, and deli foods. Throughout the year, we attend local markets, fairs and festivals with our range of foods and produce.
